Welcome to Plantee ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at https://earthday.plantee.app/ (“Site”) and participation in our promotional challenge(s) (the “Challenge”).

By accessing or using this Site, or by entering the Challenge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or participate in the Challenge.

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. Certain areas of the Site or Challenge may have age restrictions, such as 18+ for prize eligibility.

  • You agree not to misuse the Site or interfere with its proper functioning.

3. The Challenge and Prizes

3.1 Challenge Overview

3.2 Eligibility

  • You must meet the age and residency requirements listed in the "more info" description.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of https://earthday.plantee.app/ are not eligible to win prizes.

3.3 Entry

  • Participation is typically free, unless otherwise specified.

  • Entries must be submitted before the deadline stated on the Challenge page.

  • Only one entry per person unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.4 Judging or Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected based on the criteria outlined in the Challenge description (e.g., speed, accuracy, creativity, random draw, etc.).

  • All decisions made by https://earthday.plantee.app/ or its appointed judges are final.

3.5 Prizes

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law or in cases where Plantee is unable to deliver the prize to your country of residence. In such instances, the prize may be substituted with a cash equivalent at our sole discretion.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email or contact information provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within [72 hours/5 days/etc.], the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.

  • Any taxes or fees associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

4. Disclaimers

  • The Site and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee that the Site or the Challenge will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, https://earthday.plantee.app/ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or participation in the Challenge.

6. Privacy
